It’s not because you’re making an offer from the very first email that you’re automatically a jerk.
(And I’m NOT saying this because I do this.. I’ve been testing many things. One of them is making offers after WEEKS of “giving”)
It all depends about how you frame it.
Giving everything away for free is terrible advice that keep a lot of creators broke.
