Grammarly Alternative: I Tested This New Tool to Improve My Writing
Here are the results
I publish a written piece of content every day.
This means that I can’t rely on lousy tools to correct and improve my writing.
I’ve been using Grammarly Pro for two years now and came across a new alternative yesterday.
It’s called Linguix. And I’m going to share whether this newcomer is worth it or not.
The problem with Grammarly
Grammarly is the industry standard. But as with every tool, it’s perfectible.
One of the things that I don’t like about Grammarly is that the editor is slow. Plus, it sometimes misses out on mistakes that Google Doc picks up easily. All this to say that Grammarly ain’t perfect — and this is precisely why I’ve been looking for another solution.
On the flip side, Grammarly has native apps for all platforms and includes corrections on keyboards on your phone. While I’m not using phone keyboards, this feature can be quite handy for people working on their phones.
But as a content creator, I write most of my content on a tablet or a computer and then correct it anyways, so it does not make much of a difference.
