I also have to say that I'm open about it and tell potential customers WHY I decided to make the course so short when every other courses is 20hours+.

It's all about setting the right expectations.

And if you offer something SOLID, then you've already OVERDELIVERED.

Overdelivering is not in adding more minutes.
